Paying Deposit
To reserve a seat on the Beautiful Italy Tour 2010 you must agree with our Tour Conditions and agree to pay a deposit of $500 per person. The balance of your tour cost must be paid in full a at least 60 days before departure, which means by March 27, 2010.
If you sign up for our tour within 60 days or less of the tour departure, full payment will be required before we can confirm you on the tour. At this point the deposit portion will be non-nonrefundable due to the lateness of the payment. Missing the final payment deadline, as pointed out on your tour invoice and your initial tour confirmation letter, may result in your being removed from the tour. Please make a note on your calendar of your final payment due date, as it is your responsibility to ensure that we receive your final payment in a timely manner.
Single Supplement
When a person is traveling alone, to keep costs down we arrange to put our solo travelers in twin bedded rooms with other solo same sex travelers. We offer an optional, limited amount of single rooms at an extra cost of $750. Please indicate when registering for the tour your interest in paying the single supplement for a single private room.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation tour deposits are fully refundable up to two weeks after the date of the confirmation of your tour. After this two week period your deposit becomes non-refundable. Written notice of cancellation must be sent to:
